Coronavirus Situation Update  13th May 2020

The government is now encouraging people to go back to work.  I am therefore going to open Suntop from Saturday 16th May.  I appreciate people are still unable to go away, but with house moves now going ahead, there may now be some of you that would find using the kennels/cattery helpful.

I do need to bring in some changes in order to protect staff and customers.

  • All customers must make an appointment both for bringing in and collecting pets.
  • Dogs been brought in are to be placed in a secure crate in the reception area and cats left in carriers. For dogs, please remove collars, leads and harnesses before placing in crate and take these items home with you. This will be the same on collecting so don’t forget to bring leads and collars back with you!
  • NO belongings to be brought in from home, with the exception of medication and own food.
  • ONE person only to enter the reception area, all other people to wait in their vehicle.
  • Payment to be arranged before the stay and paid over the phone or by bank transfer.
  • All vaccination records to be left with the pet on check in. These will be returned on check out.
  • Anyone who attends the kennels MUST be in GOOD HEALTH

Anyone with a booking they no longer need please email, Facebook message or telephone the kennels.  This will help ensure we have the correct staffing levels. Deposits will NOT be lost during this time, if you are unable to go away.

We are now offering existing customers an online booking facility
Please contact the kennels by email or phone for your log in details
