Suntop Boarding Kennels and Cattery

1) Fees. All fees are charged by the day to include the day of arrival and the day of departure.
2) Deposits. These may be payable at time of booking if during peak season. Deposits are non-refundable.
3) Vaccinations. All pets accepted for boarding must be accompanied by a current vaccination. Dogs are required to also have the Kennel Cough vaccination.
4) All belongings left on the premises are left at clients' risk. Due to Health and Safety regulations animals' own bedding must be easily machine washable. It is used at the discretion of the kennels.
5) Owners must agree to board their animals on the understanding that although every possible care and attention will be given the animals are boarded entirely at the owners risk.
6) Authority must be given for the kennel owner to consult a veterinary surgeon for treatment to ensure the animals wellbeing.
7) All dogs and cats are covered by our pet insurance policy. Owners must note that this does not cover pre- existing conditions. Any veterinary bills not covered by our insurance are payable before checking your pet out.
